Despite placing orders for a certain quantity, we sometimes receive fewer copies than requested and often after the expected release date. These discrepancies are due to various factors beyond our control, such as production constraints, allocation decisions made by labels, or higher-than-anticipated demand.

  1. Pre-Order Availability: Pre-orders will be available for select upcoming releases. We reserve the right to limit pre-orders in cases where the stock received does not meet the volume of orders placed.
  2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This ensures your copy is reserved and secured for you upon release.
  3. Release Dates: Release dates provided are estimates and subject to change. We will update customers with any changes to the release schedule as soon as possible.
  4. Order Consolidation: If you order multiple items and one or more of them are on pre-order, your entire order will be held until all items are available. If you wish to receive available items sooner, please place separate orders.
  5. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
